Thomas C. Barry, CFA
Thomas is CEO and Founder of Zephyr Management, L.P. a global private equity and marketable securities firm with $1.5 billion in committed capital. Prior to founding Zephyr, Thomas was President and CEO of Rockefeller & Co., the investment management arm of the Rockefeller family, from 1983 to 1993. Previously, Thomas was employed by T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. from 1969 to 1982. Among other responsibilities, he was President of T. Rowe Price New Horizons Funds, Inc., then the largest mutual fund specializing in small capitalization companies. Thomas received his BA from Yale University in 1966 and his MBA from Harvard Business School. Thomas is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Renee M. Noto
Renee has been active in the financial services and hedge fund industries since 1989 and has been instrumental in advising many highly regarded hedge funds. In 1998, Ms. Noto helped found Narragansett Asset Management, LLC, a family of hedge funds with $1 Billion under management based in New York City. Previously, Ms. Noto was involved with hedge funds Harvest Capital, LP and Davidson Weill and Associates. Ms. Noto was formerly an associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. She started her career at Fidelity Management & Research as an analyst covering the retail industry for Peter Lynch and various other fund managers. Ms. Noto also serves as an advisor to the Cabot-Wellington Family�s alternatives investment committee Ms. Noto is a magna cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Juan A. Sabater
Juan is a Managing Director in Valor Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity fund focused on middle market transactions. Prior to joining Valor Equity Partners, Juan was a Managing Director with Goldman Sachs & Co. in the firm's Investment Banking Division. As a part of the investment banking team, he held several positions, including head of the idea generation function for the private equity coverage group, Deputy Chief Operating Officer for the firm's Investment Banking Division, and as a coverage and execution banker for clients in Latin America. Juan is currently an investor and Co-Chairman of the Board of Augeo Affinity Marketing, Inc., where he leads the company's efforts in identifying and developing new client relationships. Juan serves on the Board of Directors of Uretek Archer, LLC, a fabrics and composites manufacturer, and on a number of charitable organizations in New York City, including The Frick Collection, Lenox Hill Neighborhood House, and The Hewitt School. He sits on the Board of Visitors of Stanford Law School and on the Advisory Board of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. He was appointed by President George Bush to the President's Advisory Council on the Arts for the John F. Kennedy Performing Arts Center. Juan received his BA from Princeton University. He studied history at the University of Oxford, Mansfield College and holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School. He is formerly an officer in the United States Army.
